Sammy's Woodfired Pizza and Grill

I feel bad for days like this.... Let's start this story and get this over with. I had high hopes that this Las Vegas staple of a restaurant was going to be juuuuuuuust a tad better. But I was disappointed. The pie actually tasted like it came out of the freezer, an hour prior. Crust was soft, hard to get a taste on the sauce and the cheese just was standard. I had hoped that being a wood-fired spot, it would've lived up to it. Oh well. It is what it is but I will say our waitress was spot on!!
