Fresh Pie served lava hot in 7-8 minutes with a hard BX crisp. The sauce is what all other sauces dream of being. It is very thin and packed with perfect seasoning and tang. They make a high quality blend of Bel-Capri and Brown Bear mozzarella. The dough is absolutely perfect in texture, crisp and taste. The only deduction comes from the super thick crust which was good, just very doughy. One of the best yet!
Pro Tip: call ahead and give yourself ten minutes, they are very busy all the time, be prepared to wait.
