We are New Haven pizza eaters so that is our barometer. Thin crust here with delicious sauce, light dusting of parmigiana and fresh garlic. Solid pie but crust only average.

Possibly the thinnest pie I’ve ever eaten. Great tang to the sauce, strong undercarriage to thickness ratio. What you would expect when in Rome
