Incredibly fresh ingredients and melt in your mouth cheese. Crust very dry but authentic to the Trento region of Italy. Delicious sauce, but the crust almost tasted too healthy and organic for me. Highly recommend, just not the charred brick oven crust recipe I love, great spot for authentic pie...

Traditional southern italian pie. Very good but small slices. Very good texture and wholesome ingredients.
