Heavy flop with no crunch for a thin slice. Light grease with more sauce to cheese ration. Good average slice for this area. Depth of crust from edge to sauce/cheese is average. Sauce is a little heavy with a basil flavor. Would be a good for a Margarita style pie if that’s what you wanted.
