This is old school Chicago pizza done right. The owner Frank has been making pizza at this location for 50 years. Pizza has a crispy crust, high quality Italian sausage and a homemade sauce. The pizza is cooked in an 85 year old Faulds oven, and yes the oven does make a difference. Places like this are almost extinct.

Now while this pizza is very good, as a New Yorker the dough tastes frozen. The rest of the pizza is great, but the dough is not my favorite and therefore a 6.7 does it justice.
