Santa Maria make excellent but inconsistent pizzas. I have chosen to review them at their best, at their worst you're looking at a 6.8 so beware. Some of the best Neapolitan pizza you will get in London although 50 Kalo is better. Try their Fitzrovia location for ease of access and comfort. There is no loss of quality from the mother ship.
