Santarpio's Pizza

The best !!!! Hands down I’m a little biased but how can I not be when I would walk In the back with a girl and cut the whole line out front !! And the pizza is really that good !! LFG

Wow! Blown away by this pizza! The sauce tastes like a delicious vodka sauce! Crust is not as good as reginas, but love the cheese and sausage on santarpios also! I don't mind the floppiness, and the grease on this pizza was incredibly delicious! Really, it's the sauce that gets makes the score. Maybe the best pizza sauce I've had, however I'm new to east coast pizza.

Really good pizza!

Some people will tell you Santarpios (East Boston) is the best pizza in Boston. People in my own extended family tell me that. Those people are all wrong. But... it is very good pizza. Don't get me wrong. If I am going into Logan or leaving Logan, one of my first thoughts is how to work in a Santarpios stop. This pizza is always a treat and I have never, ever not enjoyed a meal here. But for my money it gets a little heavy on the sauce and a little too much burn. Some people probably love that. Maybe they like the extra char and want a higher sauce level. For me it throws off the pie's balance and brings it down from that "Best of Boston" to the "very good pizza" level, though. Still... if you get a chance to visit... don't miss the opportunity to enjoy a Santarpios pie. Try the lamb too!

Really solid. A little floppy but great char on the crust. Sausage has a nice kick.

Now by looks alone - this looks like one of the worst pizzas I’ve had so far. But after the first bite, that assessment could not be further from the truth. Every bite of this pizza was heaven. Only take back is that the crust was a little crackly - not in a horrible way - but it was a little too crunchy. If the crust was stellar, I would’ve give this high 8’s maybe low 9’s. Really superb.

Really enjoyed this. Not my first time here but first time reviewing. Just very good tasting pizza. If I have any complaints it’s that the crust was pretty hard, but overall excellent. I will be back

The lone remaining slice but Jesus this was good, I’d put it second or third behind Picco and Ernesto’s as far as Boston pizza goes.

Classic Boston pizza. Sauce is amazing and the sneeze mix outstanding. I didn’t love the crust, maybe it was just my pie.

Need to try the garlic pie next time
