Santarpio's Pizza

Alright Frankie, first Boston pie. This undercarriage is phenomenal, the crust is insane. Cheese and sauce are packed with flavor, however there is an abundance of grease.

Pizza was good, crust wasn’t the best. Would get an 8 with better crust. But overall a good pizza!

Absolutely fantastic, old school Italian pizza, the way it should be made. Great crust, good under carriage, fresh cheese & a nice sauce.

Good pizza, good crust, weak middle - floppy and sloppy. Overall I could crush the pizza any day of the week. And could also crush a bottle over the face of the old bag behind the bar, real wench.

Interesting dough in a good way. Crust was crispy but not super crispy. Sauce decent and the pie was cheesy. Solid pie all around

One taste, Everyone knows the guidelines

Good pie: Mild cheese, decent crust, very crunchy, not a ton of flop. Enjoyed the crispy flavor and undercarriage. Solid slice, but nothing crazy, in fact, it was a bit lackluster.

Ok first off this may not look the part of a killer but going in again to this area I’m open minded. Got here right as it opened then the place filled up immediately guys slammin beers at 1130 but on to the pizza. The first bite has a crazy amount of flavors and contrast. Heavy corn meal underneath giving a satisfying crunch even tho it’s a little floppy but a heavy slice. Sauce is the star as it’s very tangy and feels like the presence of grated cheese compliments it perfect. Cheese has great pull towards the back half and even tho there’s a lot of crust the bready buttery flavor it gives off makes you want more. It’s a different type of pie but so old school especially inside the benches and some staff that look like they’ve been there a long time and very friendly. A must try if your out this way and can’t compare it to anything just enjoy the experience.

I haven’t eaten a thing today so this slice is saving me. A little greasy but just the right amount of cheese with wonderful crust. Yum

Really good pizza. Amazing crunch, sauce flavor is good, the cheese is good as well. Least flop I’ve ever seen on a pizza.
