Pizza Review
So right here we have a 64’ (left)and a 57’ (right). Personally I’m a big fan of parm but I would have to give the 1957 the nod. Got the 9 min so more on the well done side. Strong basil taste from the sauce , nice thin crust and great tasting cheese. All in all a great pie. The 1964 I’m going to give a 7.6 so the score I’m posting is for the 1957 plain slice..
