Santoni's Ristorante & Pizzeria

Seeing some very high scores here, particularly early on for pretty basic pizza, which appears to have been rated more accurately recently. This is a mostly soft pie, medium thickness in the dough & cheese, floury with a very flaky crust without any real crispness. The sauce is fairly generic, lacking in flavor and presence on the pizza. Just like the dough & sauce, the cheese is also bland. Overall it’s an extremely underwhelming standard pie. It’s not terrible, certainly not great, mostly mediocre, a dime a dozen pizza, not worth going out of your way for...a total “yawner.” 🥱
