Relatively new, Santora’s opened a new joint next to the mall.
I ordered a small pie, and even though people assume you have to order a large pie for a fair review, you don’t. All of the ingredients are the same and if it’s bad pizza, I’d feel bad for throwing it away.
If Santora’s is in the name, it’s usually going to be good. Here we go…
This is the best small pizza I’ve had. But hold on a second, most of the small pizzas I’ve had tasted like frozen pizza, not here.
The cheese is good, nice and fresh.
The dough is fresh, with nice clean bites and a crispy crust.
The sauce is well seasoned, spread evenly not sweet.
Overall, I enjoyed this small pizza. This is exactly what bar pie should be. Santora’s is proof that small pizzas can be great.
