At first bite my immediate reaction was holy sauce! The taste of the fresh ingredients was a pleasant surprise. The bread on this pie is something special and will leave you wanting more than just “one bite”. Very solid 8.

something off about this pie. sauce had great consistency, but taste was average. by far the chewiest pizza i have ever had. i would call this pizza adequate. i would have it again, but not my first choice. C+
