Sauce

This pizza is called “The Lefty” sans the breadcrumbs. It’s a neo style pizza with sausage, green pepper and onions. The scores for this place are all over. Don’t worry, I’m here to let you know exactly what to expect… I did stray a little from my normal cheese pizza, so the score is going to be a little skewed. Fresh with hints of sour dough. For a thicker pie, the bite was clean and crispy. The cheese was good, nice and fresh. The sauce… I wish there was more of it. It wasn’t sweet but the dough absorbed most of it. Also, the toppings throw off the flavor. Overall, this is a great pie. A little more sauce and it’s in the high 8’s. BONUS- try the eggplant parm. appetizer. It was breaded and cooked perfectly. Layered with fresh mozzarella and topped with a balsamic glaze, it was incredible.

We got the pretzel crust pizza (called "The Colosseum") and were more than pleased! This is one of the better pizzas I've ever had...generous toppings, well cooked and high quality ingredients. It's a bit pricey compared to their regular pizzas, but very worth the upgrade.

Very different. super crunchy almost like stouffers French bread pizza but of course better. Hard bottom soft top. I like it.
