Great pizza. I will order again, hopefully next time this pie is left in the brick oven for another 30 seconds to a minute, too much flop in my opinion. Also, so hot that it melted my mouth.

Very good Neapolitan pepperoni. Light sauce, heavy cheese, and I feel most of the flavor that made it as good as it is was in the crust.

I really liked the sauce ratio, and overall fantastic ingredients. I will say there was just a touch too much char on the crust for me, but it was still pretty good.
