Margerita DOP - great ingredients but lack of them. Wish there was more cheese and dop sauce. Crust tasted a bit burnt wasn’t the greatest cook on this pie.

I feel like this will taste better cold, which is weird. I never say that about pizza.... I don’t hate this style at all... pie LOOKS great... wished it tasted as good... honestly, kind of tasteLESS.... I was on the fence between high 5’s and low 6’s with the score... 6.1 is fair. Nothing stood out... 🤷🏻♂️

The sauce is amazing. I am a fan of Neapolitan style and this is one of the best I’ve ever had. Very fresh and cooked nearly to perfection. The sauce puts this pizza in the 9s.

Only thing beating this pizza, is the good ole Brooklyn style brick oven. Some of the freshest ingredients around , helps the store is located in an imported Italian meats and cheese store. Great bite worth the drive!!

Fresh,Fresh,Fresh. Margherita D.O.P was excellent. Had it italian style....next time I definitely go New York style as a like just a touch more crisp on the bottom. Speck Pie was amazing as well and would score higher then Margherita for sure but we don’t rate specialty’s here.

My husband & I came here with our sons for lunch. We got the a la vodka & the margarita pies. It was outstanding. Seriously delicious. The food was prepared & served quickly. It’s about a 30 min drive from our home but definitely worth it.

100% Fancy Pizza. Wood fired, tastes absolutely fine but its typical Neapolitan, by that i mean floppy. Especially at the center of the pizza. Very fresh ingredients and the Sauce is strictly tomatoes and salt, which was my favorite part of this pizza. Overall its good pizza, but i wouldnt drive from Stony Brook to get this again. If fancy pizza is your thing, this would be right up your alley.

Personal pie has got to taste different but cannot lie, it’s on point. Every ingredient that is real and not cheap is right on point. Can’t wait to have a regular full slice next 👌🏼

One bite everyone knows the rules.... This pizza looks like a million bucks and I'm dressed like a million bucks because I'm on my way to be sworn into the son's of Italy. I figured I needed a true taste of home before I took the oath of my people so it only makes sense to get true Italian pizza When Saverios opened I lived in an apartment across the street. I was a rookie pizza reviewer at the time. I wasn't ready for the big leagues HOWEVER the second I tried Saverios i knew the game had been changed. I was punching way above my weight class. Now as a seasoned veteran who has been in the shit and seen tours of pizza duty I'm ready for this review SOLID pie!!!! Quality ingredients. The homemade mozzarella has just the right amount of creaminess and pull. It gives off a solid amount of oil showing you it is quality shit. The sauce has a great balance between the taste of tomato and tanginess. It's actually alittle more tangy than I remember. The dough is amazingly crisp on the outside and airy on the inside. My only complaint is I think it could use alittle more salt. This pizza is the perfect example of when you don't fuck with a good thing you're going to get good things over and over! You want a girl to think you are a high roller with some refined underground Italian taste this is where you take her. By the end of the night you'll have her screaming FORZA!!!!!!! THATS A REVIEW!
