Jenn Z recommendation (Tuckers not a fan but Kimmy is). The square is most popular and I can see why, light crispy crust, perfect sauce to cheese ratio, has that lava cheese on top that you can almost drink (a little like Angie’s), sauce has a little sweetness to, and it really is like crack you can eat is all day (like green ridge in its prime). I was warned that it does get cold really quick though which I can confirm, so best eaten in house fresh. Overall comparable to old forge style. Don’t sleep on the NY Style though, light firm and crispy crust on the edges. More traditional sauce and cheese combo but the freshness of the dough jumped out. Overall it’s solid. Bonus points because the people there are really nice and hooked me up with a pumpkin roll.
