Never really understood why Sbarro are only in either malls or airports, but that exclusivity definitely gives it some allure. I wonder, in 30 years when shopping malls no longer exist, will Sbarro go the way at the dodo?
Back to the pizza, maybe the reason Sbarro's has never ventured outside of the Mall food court, is because it isn't all that good. I try to slice of cheese and a slice of pepperoni, and you could have rung the grease out of the slice of pepperoni like it was a wet t-shirt! With that said, both slices were actually better than I expected and would satisfy the average person if all they wanted was a slice of pie.
