Pepperoni slice with mikes hot honey

Dave needs to review Scarr’s again. The slices I had were vastly different than his. These were light, crispy, chewy, and super flavorful.

Solid slice! Love that there isn’t too much sauce. Excellent pepperoni. Great environment

Great score, but I had higher hopes for this given all the hype. I respect the work that goes into it, but I just wasn’t blown away. Greasy, chewy, tomatoey, salty. Great option if you’re in the city, maybe not worth a special trip though.

Solid slice but doesn’t stand out

One long wait to get in the door. Super crunch. Really good pie but the wait was crazy!

Glad I don’t live too close otherwise I’d weigh about 325lbs. Easily best dough in NYC rivaled only by Lucali. This is THE best typical NYC style slice I’ve had. Perfect dough, thin, but chewy. Great cheese flavor and the pepperoni has perfect heat and char. Perfect tasting grease. I know many folks who think Dave would god have no idea what I’m talking about. I do pray that these folks and Dave find peace on earth even born without tastebuds and a palate.

not special to this cheese slice and certainly not worth the slow moving line. sauce was just average similar to your typical no wait NY dollar slice pizza the staff present on this day was rude to patrons in and refused multiple orders for pepp pizza

Really isn’t that special. Ordered a large cheese and basil and felt like any other New York pizza. Gets the job done but not next

Quality but over hyped. Good quality ingredients, my slices were cold.

Eh it was fine. Not worth the 20 minute line. Daves score was right on the money

God damn perfect crisp.

Bday visit: met expectations, fresh basil added after baking a nice fragrant touch and finishing more on well done side appreciated (as others have noted). Zero flop.

Crispy crust, great sauce, the right amount of cheese.
