Pizza Review
This may not look like an aesthetically pleasing pie, but thankfully it tastes way better than it appears. The sauce is pretty fantastic, somewhat sweet with a decent kick, definitely unique and very flavorful. Really good crisp all around from the dough & crust. This is actually the epitome of pizza flavored dough: that distinct taste that separates it from bread. The cheese is creamier than I expected and also has really solid flavor and flow. This is a total NYC pie: huge slices, very filling but not overly thick. Overall, it’s a real pizza’s pizza, everything about it is as pizza as pizza gets. Lines are usually pretty long cause it’s a trendy hipster spot, but despite being a little overhyped, it’s still a damn good pie and one of the better spots in Manhattan.
