Light on the sauce, heavy cheese layer, crispy yet airy crust. Has a decent flip but doesn’t disrespect the gold.

Solid pie, every time. Great cheese, good tangy sauce, crust is flavorful with a good crunch and nice fluffy doughy inside. Schmizza is always consistent.
