Good pie

Had high expectations for this place after watching Erik Cohns video, only to find out he is clearly the owner trying to boost up his pizza because he knows it needs it. WAY too much cheese, sauce tasted like jar sauce, the crust wasn’t too bad but it’s going to take more than that to save this pie. People working were very nice, unfortunately the pizza just wasn’t there. I’m hoping this was just a bad batch because other pictures looked a lot better.

Came into this review with BIG expectations (thanks Erik Cohn), and came out VERY disappointed. Sauce tasted like jar sauce, and that was if you could even TASTE the sauce under the ten gallons of cheese that was on the slice. This tasted like someone just read instructions on how to make a pizza, and left no creative aspect to it; this pizza was soulless, and would be shamed in Italy. Pizza dreadfulness aside, the employees inside are EXTREMELY nice. Their pizza? Not so much.

Quarantine review. Not sure if quality of the slice is effected but either way really really good slice. Was crisp and the sauce is unique, just a bit too greasy but overall a really good slice I’ll be back
