Good pizza, pretty close to NY slice style. Crust a little soft, toppings a little sparse - but still very good pizza, maybe the best in Castle Rock at this point…

Not a lot of flop, sauce has good taste. A lot of crunch. Also just a really cool environment with being in an old church.

Beckoning with an ample supply of vodka sauce, the pizza presented an initially enticing prospect. Regrettably, the experience was marred by a disappointing flop and an undercooked undercarriage, clear indicators of missed potential. A few additional minutes in the oven could have transformed this pizza from mere culinary fare into an extraordinary delight. However, it is essential to celebrate the redeeming quality—the vodka sauce itself. Its intricate and captivating taste transcended the pizza’s structural shortcomings, offering a tantalizing glimpse of what could have been. In summation, the Vodka sauce pizza, while boasting a promising sauce-laden platform, suffered from structural inadequacies. With refinements in the baking process, it could ascend to the culinary anticipations it so tantalizingly hinted at.

This is the best pie I’ve had in Castle Rock, so far. The atmosphere is awesome as the Old Stone Church this place is attached to was built in 1888. The pizza can be a little inconsistent as far as doneness goes, but if you ask for well done, they’ll give you a reasonably crispy pie with zero flop. Next time, I’m going to ask to get it just a bit more done and it might move into the 8s, but the pie in this picture was still very good.

Dave , I know you have been to Denver but it’s worth a trip back to Castle Rock to enjoy this pizza - excellent crust, authentic sauce, real fucking cheese and yes, char. This is proper pizza. Matt is the local guy to coordinate and I will ensure it’s worth your time.

Pretty nice slice, felt I would rate appropriately because Trevor’s GF works here. But on the real sauce is solid, not overwhelmingly cheesy but good cheese to sauce to crust ratio. Crust is slightly crispy but not burnt

Pizza in a church my goodness it’s a dream come true! Nope... wrong. Big ol New York flop. Gosh darn pesto pizza wouldn’t stay together long enough for me to grab a one bite everyone knows the rules. 6.8 that’s ya score frankie!

Really good crispy slice, good amount of cheese, sauce is kinda thin but very tasty

The place next door is related and called Sliceworks... if you’re not into cheese try the green chili slice it’s dope.

Too much flop. Sauce needs more flavor. Good crust and solid ratio of sauce, and toppings.

Good- topping ratio, cheese to sauce nice, crust was crunchy Meh- sauce flavor, too floppy, could have been a little crisper throughout but now I'm getting picky.
