This a hard one, the pie was pretty good for bar pizza but something was missing. As you can see there were a lot of tasty pepperoni that didn’t kill the pie with grease. Ample cheese and the right amount of sauce. The crust didn’t match the rest of the pie though, it was a cross between pre-made and hand tossed, I kept expecting to taste yeast but it wasn’t there. I would like to try this pizza with a sprinkle of basil, oregano or Italian blend on top.
