Good pizza

The tri-cities isn't exactly known for pizza but Scratch is easily the best I've had. Good people and great pie. Don't sleep on the bread sticks and curry.

Little too greasy other then that great pie

This pizza slaps! Very authentic brick fire pizza that gives me artisan vibes. Great crisp, sweet/tangy sauce, perfect amount of cheese and real parmesan on the side. Better than expected! Side note - a local said one very popular pizza they make has granny Smith apples and sweet/spicy peppers on it; I'm always down to try crazy shit so they gave me a slice and wow - it really works. I will be back for that one next!

Good pizza, but needs a better undercarriage

Was expecting a lot more. Seemed like the dough wasn’t fresh. Flavor was decent enough

Crust a bit flavorless

Good Pizza. Cheese and sauce pair well together. Crust was delicious. Square slices do this pizza a disservice as the primary crust slices miss out on an adequate amount of sauce.

Crust has excellent texture with indubitably thick cheese with a dash of pepper which complemented well with the pepperoni. Shit was fire🔥

Excellent sauce, and texture. Good cheese. Could be a little crispier on bottom. Crust is good but not great.

crust was lit, sauce was boss, cheese was..... gas. This was my 21st review & it is now number 1 on my list. 8.2, no Kyle Rudolph. 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

Added a little extra cheese. Solid pie. Minimal to no flop. Fresh ingredients.

Really good! Sauce was sweet, cheese was good but not cheesy enough throughout for me. Pepperoni was different, but good. Otherwise 8+
