Scuola Pizza

Good pizza. No flop but unfortunately soft crust. Sauce is lacking a bit. I loved the caramelized onions on the Brooklyn. Overall, nothing special and didn’t blow me away.

Really enjoyed this pizza, got the pepperoni and banana pepper. Everything went well together and the crust is a little thicker if that is what you like

Crust was pillowier than I would like. Would have liked more sauce. Nice doneness. Also had a margheritta which was non-traditional and we would give it a 6.3.
