This place is basically a bakery that slings pie 2 days a week. They have all kinds of Italian cookies, cannoli, and desserts available. Looked like just a husband a wife inside running the place. She was decorating a cake a the ol man was slingin a pizza peel around like nobody’s business. Might be the lightest crust I have ever had. Super crispy, flavorful sauce that wasn’t sweet, but wasn’t too acidic or tangy either. Had some nice zing. The ratios were perfect but the cheese was slightly too greasy in my opinion. Still a great pizza though. Doesn’t get any better in Watkins Glen.

Gas pizza im from LI where the pizza busts but have to say this compares so well… best upstate pizza I’ve had no undercarriage nice and sweet sauce highly recommend

Great crust, sauce amazing, great stop in Schuyler County and Watkins Glen!!! No flop with cheese only pizza… or light toppings. Great Family operating!

Awesome pizza 7.6 decent undercarriage could have stayed in the oven for a few more. Cannoli is a 10, just like my great grandmothers. Won’t pass by without getting one ever again.

Perfect amount of flop, great sauce to cheese ratio, and a tasty crust to match. They asked questions about me and seemed to care. On top of that, the price was several dollars cheaper than other places in the area. Only complaint is that the crust could be slightly crisper. Bonus: the cannolis are crisp and flaky with a delicious cream that is light and melts in your mouth.

This cannoli place only sells their pizzas by the whole pie on Friday and Saturday mornings. First come, first served. Talk about letting your nuts hang out. These people believe in their product, and rightfully so. Even cook all the way through, good crisp on the crust, minimal flop, great flavor. BONUS: cannoli review The place has a big cannoli on the sign, so you know we had to take a look at what they’re serving up. I’ve already personally had their cannolis many times before, and they’re choice. Call me a rookie, but I’m going 8.0. Scuteri’s is a must stop joint.
