Pizza Review
Family owned & operated since 2006 and cash only. This is like North Jersey Football Pizza meets Jersey Shore Boardwalk style, which makes sense cause Sea Bright is kind of where North Jersey turns into the Jersey Shore communities. Surprisingly thick & doughy, soft with a firm undercarriage and minimal flop. The dough flavor aligns more with boardwalk style taste, a tad bland. The sauce is sweet thanks to the delicious San Marzano tomatoes but it lacks punch. A bit banal, still pretty solid, but needs more pizzazz with some spices or garlic to kick it up a notch. Grande mozzarella always stands out from the generic crap some joints use. Soft & melty, you can taste the quality, completely bolsters the pie. Crust is thick and very soft, no crisp to be found anywhere on this pizza, but it’s still plenty good. Definitely a pizza’s pizza representing the solid styles of North Jerz & the Shore.
