This was not only best Neapolitan style pizza that I have ever eaten, but maybe one of the best pizzas period.

Very solid “elevated” pizza that nods to Tokyo’s Neapolitan trend (that I must admit I was not aware of). Pillowy, charred crust similar to Roberta’s, fresh, interesting and tasty topping arrangements. Favorite pie out of Napoletana, Funghi, Diavola and Marinara was the latter for its simplicity, and the deep flavor of its roasted garlic. All are delightful though, and the Caesar Salad with anchovy is a perfect side.

Don’t listen to the video that plagues Pizzeria Sei. The guy stopped after four videos wearing the same shirt. Fortunately he was in the ballpark on scoring, only off by an entire ballpark. Is it floppy? Yes. It’s Neapolitan. Not Dave’s style — he’d hate this. Doesn’t mean it’s not top of the charts. Would say it was a little more liquidy than expected, but unbelievable flavor. Primo ingredients with a solid dough taste / texture. Nothing else quite like it in this half of the Milky Way. But I’m no expert, just a professional.

one bite everyone knows the rules. nice Neapolitan. good crust. potate pizza was a little flavorless on the sauce but the sausage one had good sauce. thats a review.

Great pizza. Not a fan of margarita pizzas, but this is very good. Excellent undercarriage and amazing crust.

Amazing crust and great cheese-to-sauce ratio could improve the sauce overall a solid 8.4

High quality artesian pizza. Capresi was the best part.
