A take on Philadelphia’s Tomato Pie. Cold pitz is a NEPA tradition that I make a point to pick up a box or two every time I come home to visit family. Senapes is the best at making this type of pie.

Tray style that they only serve cold. Ate some cold and took more home to put in oven. Taste worse in oven. Some love it, in this town. Im not a fan of it.
