Started out as a bad experience when ordering online at their other location, received a confirmation, drove to pick-up only to learn they were closed. Sent an email to the company and of course never heard back. Despite all this, I decided to give them a second chance so I reordered at the Kingston Pike location and was sadly disappointed. Salad was the bright spot as it was good, the pizza was average and the cheese bread was less than average. Hopefully things get better at Sergeant Pepperoni’s.
