Sergios Pizza

This review is for the standard cheese slice from the counter. Not my first time here. Tried it out when they first opened. Not great then. But I wanted to give them a bit to settle in. Off the bat, paper thin. Which would normally be a good thing. In this case not so much. Flop city. And inconsistent dough thickness throughout the slice. Minor crisp as we get closer to the outside of the pizza. The sauce is weird, tastes like fennel but nothing else. Tastes old some how. Like when grandma fell asleep and simmered it too long on the stove and forgot to put half the seasonings in. Cheese is decent. I’ll give it a 6.3. Overall underwhelming pizza. Also price per slice is way to high. Better slices for less just down the block. The sausage slice has better crust but weird cheese so overall same score

That’s not what pizza is suppose to look like… Lots of flop, obviously. The crust wasn’t the best either, I did like the sauce but you can’t eat or serve pizza this way.

Got the slice deal, Major flop, not crispy at all. While there another customer complained about the Sicilian slices not being cooked all the way through. Not a great experience. Jimmys in Malta is 100 times better.

Buffalo chicken pizza top notch. Perfect amount of cheese along with the perfect amount of buffalo chicken. Good flavor good crunch.

Very good pizza. Definitely some flop, but didn’t detract from the taste. Cheese was very good and plentiful, sauce also good, although little less than some are used to. Soft but crispy crust. Definitely will go back.
