Sergio's Pizza

Really good cheese. Crust was firm but a little too burnt on the one side. Definitely will go here again

6.9 is the mark. If you’ve had real Detroit pizza, this is just a misfired imitation. Not a bad pie but don’t go out of your way.

Regular slice was a 6.9 Detroit style was 7.7

Great Detroit style!

ALRIGHT FRANKIE. One bite, everyone knows the rules. Incredible Detroit style. Robust sauce, solid undercarriage, ZERO FLOP, excellent cheesy crust. Triple pepperoni is the way to go. 9.0 l, That’s a review.

A lot of flop, but not a soggy pie. Very weird. Sauce is good, cheese is good, honestly a glorified Chuck E. Cheese’s pizza (mean that in a good way!)

Solid deep dish. Perfectly cooked & fluffy. Could have had more her. Taste in it but overall pretty legit.

Good sauce, tasty crust with a nice crisp, decent cheese. Kinda greasy, no RVA flop. Good pizza !

Best Detroit style pizza I have ever had in this area. I asked for mine well done and probably could of done without it. The edges are the best part. Going from a fluffy middle to a crunch on the bottom made the entire experience.

Look one bite and everyone knows the rules! Sergios hands down is the best pizza on Hull Street in the Midlothian area. Pizza definitely has some Midlo flop but man when asked to make the pie will done that under carriage is more sturdy than a 50 year marriage. Detroit is definitely there flagship but the NY style is nothing to lift your nose at.

Solid flatbread

This is a review of Sergio’s Detroit style pizza. I already reviewed their underwhelming but solid NY style pizza. This was a triple pepperoni and it was so good the first time I had it, I had to have it a few more times to make sure it wasn’t a fluke. Hands down, the best pizza in Richmond. It’s light and soft but w a robust sauce and burnt cheese ends that is all married together w the fresh basil. Try it, you will not be disappointed. That’s a review

Lots of Flop. Other than that pizza is very good..

Had to end my pizza hiatus because I heard so much hype about Sergio’s deep dish. It does not live up to the hype. Glorified cheese bread. It tastes decent, but almost can’t even consider it pizza. I’ll grade it the same as the regular cheese pizza; 6.1. That’s a review.

Detroit Review: Excellent (proper) ingredients, the dough is light and airy like it should be. Sauce on top...like it should be. Cheese crown is on point...like it should be. Only making 10 or so a day, so go early if you want one! 9.1

One of the better pies you can get in this area. Crust a little too thick, too much cheese, which is a shame because the sauce is pretty good. Solid flavor overall. That’s a review
