*Mushroom and Meatball large pie *Good taste *Good crisp *Fresh mushrooms that were not shriveled up and dried out was a bonus. Usually prefer canned b/c most places that use fresh dry them out. *Meatballs had good taste but were crumbled and made pizza kind of sloppy (which prevented getting into the 8's). prefer them sliced *Poor job on the pizza cut but I didn't let that affect the score.

Tangy garlic sauce light crust. It’s the pizza Ledos wishes it could be.

Good tasting sauce. Nice crust. Unfortunately the cheese was an inch thick. Possibly dumped on from a 5 gallon bucket.

This was a “special order”. The pizza without the ricotta cheese is their Original which is great. Has a little bite/spice but is great. I requested the ricotta cheese bc I’ve had it before at a different restaurant. Sergio’s made it better combined with their sauce recipe. Great pizza!!

This rating is based off of “The Old Fashion” pie. Very good unique flavor to the sauce (a little bit of a kick). It’s a unique style pie for the area as well. (Like a Grandma slice for my pizza connoisseurs). It did tend to get a little greasy as it cooled down, and the other thing that kept it from getting up in the 9’s was the fact that there are some slices in the middle with no crust. Spoke with the owners who were very nice people and told me I also need to try the Sicilian. I then introduced them to the One Bite App, and showed them that the old owner gave himself a 10.0 which should be illegal lol. I will be back to try the regular, and Sicilian pies, but with the unique style and flavor of the Old Fashion it instantly puts Sergio as one of the top pizza makers in the area.

Got both a Sicilian style and a margherita pizza. Sicilian was a bit greasy, but the crust was solid and it had a nice robust sauce. Margherita Pizza was very good. Super thin crust that had just the right cook, crispy but not burnt. Nothing world changing, but good pizza.
