Great sauce, ton of cheese. Good crunch and a little bit of flop in the center

I had the review this one just like the Prez, since Sergi's is STILL only doing takeout due to covid. I've been here a handful of times but not in a couple of years, and the pizza was basically what I remembered other than they no longer use the same style of pepperoni. They used to use the small thicker pepperonis that would curl up and hold the grease inside of them, which I prefer to the flat larger pepperonis that they now use. Sauce is excellent and you can tell the ingredients are very fresh, but the pizza is extremely doughy and has very little crisp, and that's even after I asked them to cook it well done. The cheese was also lacking near the crust, which is evident even in the picture I included. Sergi's has a legendary reputation in the Potsdam area and nothing that anyone can say about it will change that, but in my opinion it's overrated and definitely could be better.

Good pizza, probably the best in Potsdam good cheese,dough, as well as very fresh.

Flavorful sauce, too doughy, severely undercooked and greasy, how does that work?

One bite everybody knows the rules... I mean look at all this cheese falling off. Can be mistaken for decent when it’s hot but way too floppy and cheesy. Not great

No flop, greasy and lacking flavor only made up for with a large amount of cheese. Got dirty silverware and salad in my menu. Waiter was a dick. Would not recommend. Other waiter wearing “Potsdam stoners” hoodie.

A lot of flop, almost no crunch. Great flavor and hospitality, but not enough to save the pie.
