My favorite place in Seattle. Dave would like this place.

Neapolitan fresh dough open fire style pie. Fantastic toppings but just a bit floppy for my likening. Good overall

Ingredients were decent but I just couldn’t get over the crust. Way too charred for my liking.

Got the half portion happy hour pizza (7 bucks). Solid, good ingredients, good flavor, nice crunch, basil hits you right before the bite. Wish it was a little cheesier but other than that it hit the spot... could’ve eaten a lot more!

Disclaimer: Got the “Happy Hour half size” pizza. Fancy pizza. It was cooked well done, however some parts were quite dark. Great sauce, great cheese, but I like a little more cheese. Also, it was razor sharp crust and absolutely no flop. 6.9, sex. That’s a review.

One of the highest quality pie’s ever to be ate, including the highest quality owner. The sauce is perfect, the buffalo mozzarella is out of this world. 8.8 yes I said it

Plain cheese in a “Hey Frankie” tradition. Extremely crunchy crust, no flop, minimal oil, well balanced sauce:crust ratio, a tiny light on cheese (minus 1), barely too much salt (minus 0.3), and insufficient cheese (minus 0.3). A great place to get pizza in Seattle... and not a fan of the “service charge,” would much rather reward excellent service with a direct tip.

Good sauce, no flop, crust wasn’t where it needed to be for me.
