Serpico's Pizzeria

I’m sorry, but 8.3 is WILDLY high for this place. I live down the street and have been there 5+ times. Each one was a disappointment. The only reasons to rate it that high are if a) you’ve never had a decent slice of pizza or b) you are so happy to be on Maui that anything you eat is going to be amazing. It’s a 5 at best. The crust has no flavor or structure - like it was made the same day and didn’t proof at all. The sauce is so bland that it might as well just be chunky water with red food coloring. The pie is usually cooked properly, but it’s painfully obvious that they’re cutting corners on ingredients and preparation to make a buck. Trust me, you can do much better with a YouTube video and a home oven.
