Settebello @ SLC, Utah delivers a solid Neapolitan-style pizza with consistent flavor throughout. The dough is soft and fluffy, which makes for an enjoyable bite, but where the pizza falls short is in its execution of the crust. The undercarriage could have been cooked a bit more, and the lack of char took away from what could have been a top-tier experience. That signature crisp and slight smokiness that elevate a great pizza were missing, leaving the overall texture softer and floppier than ideal.
