Great crust. Great tang. Could use more sauce and the undercarriage needs some work. Service here however made me want to bring it down to a 4.0 but I’m a nice guy.

Best pizza spot in Utah. Neapolitan and brick oven cooked just how you want it. Only gripe is a little too much flop that toppings can slide off.

Yeah I know rookie score, but hear me out. If ever there was a standard pie to set as the benchmark for other pies to push into the desired 8s, this is it. 7.9 seems to be just a tad low, and 8.1 seems high. But an 8 is just the perfect spot for this pie and will be the standard in which I base further reviews on, to decide if a pie is worthy of an 8. That said, it's a floppy mess of a Neapolitan and quite soupy in the middle but the flavors are superb and the ingredients are quality. The chew on the crust is top notch Neapolitan chew.

Good pie. Neapolitan style pies. Wish they cooked it a little longer as it was pretty floppy. The dough tasted good as was the sauce. The cheese was the best. It was the Buffalo cheese from Italy. Good all around pie.

Not really my style, I like em thin and crispy. This was doughy, but great flavor, good pizza. You could eat this and not be disappointed.

Forgot to take a picture while I was there. Simply the best pizza I've had in a long time. Great sauce, perfect crust, could crush at least two of their pies.

Floppy, and a bit soggy, but the flavor is amazing. Best pizza i have had so far. I had the regular Margarita, and the Margarita DOC. Both are excellent. Definitely worth a try

Crispy and fluffy. I did have it after a 10.5 mile run…. But wow.

Very quick for a sit down and very good. Would prefer a crispier undercarriage but nonetheless super good pizza

Flavor was very sweet and delicious. Undercarriage was cooked mediocre. The crust was crunchy and brought the pizza together. From order to the pizza being at our table, it took around 9 minutes. If you’re a fan of Italian Margherita Pizza, I would highly recommend!
