Very light pizza. A bit doughy, expected more of a crispy crust from woodfire. Cheese was good, sauce was on the sweet tangy side.

Neapolitan style, persona pies. Wood fired and very good. Some of the best pizza I’ve had in a while. Nice undercarriage and great crispy crust. Ingredients tasted wonderful. The crust was slightly burnt.
