Excellent Neapolitan Pizza in a very unusual location! Fresh ingredients. Worth the stop!

First time here very cool place in the middle of nowhere. They are definitely trying here they use double zero flour (farina doppio zero) San Marzano tomatoes are perfect the mozzarella could have a little more fat in it but the pizza is very good the middle is wet like a real Neapolitan puzza should be. One complaint is the employees should know how to pronounce the names of their pizzas. Overall great place for Iowa great service. Recommend to locals.

Very light pizza. A bit doughy, expected more of a crispy crust from woodfire. Cheese was good, sauce was on the sweet tangy side.
