Sgt. Peffer's Cafe Italian Millard

Pictured above is a Five-Cheese slice. Very good for the cheese lovers. Also had a meat lovers slice. Not as good, very saucy. Crust was perfect for both slices. Not bad for Nebraska pizza. Will give a 7 since the Cornhusker State doesn’t have many homemade pizza places.

As always, rating on cheese only. Solid neighborhood pizza joint. Pleasantly surprised. The sauce is very earthy. Lots of oregano, basil, etc. Not sweet at all. Crust is solid. A but greasy, but not as much as you'd expect for the insane amount of cheese on this pizza. Pretty inexpensive as well.

Good looking za. Lots of cheese and decent crust. The sauce was extremely earthy with strong flavors of a variety of herbs. Not necessarily my style of sauce so that hurt the score a bit but if you’re into that kind of thing you might really enjoy this pizza. 6.4

Sauce is sweet! Crust is good though.
