Seriously, how did you cook that gumbo? Don't just say "with the flick of dat wrist

Great flavor. Cheese, sauce, and dough all taste great. Very doughy and floppy. It almost feels a little undercooked. I’m sure if you ordered it well done it’d be a lot better. it’s also very cheesy which could be good if that’s what you like, but it just makes it floppier.

If cheesy and doughy is your thing this is your place. Doesn’t happen to be mine.
