Shamrock Pizza

First I’ll say this score was based half on service and half on the pizza. The pizza was overdone the cheese was rock hard. Definitely not good taste. The service was horrible, requested pie cut while ordering. The employee on the phone acted like putting a note in for pie cut was like pulling teeth. They used how busy they were as an excuse (which hey I understand to a point) then the employee told me “well we can just not cut the pizza for you” basically what I heard is we don’t care about your customer experience because we can put a note in to not cut the pizza at all but couldn’t put a note in to cut pie cut? Doesn’t make sense to me. When the pizza was picked up the same employee who was on the phone was who took care of us. Extremely rude and awful customer care. As you can see in the image the pizza was not cut.
