Shield's Restaurant Bar Pizzeria

First time here. Old school spot. Diggin the vibe of this joint Love the look when I opened up the box. I really wanted to like this pizza. But it’s just mid. The crust was too soft/not at all crispy & the sauce tasted…weird. Not terrible, but not great either. Something tasted off though.

Been coming here over 35 years. Pizza always great. Almost good as memories.

Get ready for an overload of cheese. If your drinking a beer with it. Throw that beer across the room unless you want to feel like a bear ready to hibernate

Solid pizza, good sauce, good crunch. 6.7 represents solid, not overwhelmingly great. I would come back for sure.

Barbecue chicken. Really hot, definitely not a date pizza. Good pizza
