Everybody knows the rules: We ordered a 14 inch standard pizza to go and as you can see, it is bar-style. Ordered a half-cheese, half-pepperoni. Let’s break it down: Crust: Overall, very thin crust. Nice and crispy along the outside edge, but not as much when you got toward the middle. It became a little chewy. I would have liked it more crispy throughout the whole pie, though that could have just been a result of getting it to go. Sauce: Pretty good flavor and texture on the sauce. Might have liked a little more of it though. Cheese and toppings: Good, but not earth-shattering. Standard pepperoni. Plenty of each. Not terribly greasy. Verdict: I want to go back to have a pie in-house to see if the crust remains crispy.
