Great sauce and cheese. It’s just lacking a charred undercarriage and a firm crisp.

One bite everybody knows the rules Got the pleasure of trying Shortys Pizza today for the first time Went with the traditional pepperoni, it was more on the pricey side but I can see why! Hands down some of the best pizza I've had in the city. (I did add some bbq sauce on the top) but from the crispy thin crust to the cup and char pepperoni and amazing garlic dill sauce i was impressed. the sauce was fairly generic but where that lacked it made up for it with the slight herbs and delicious cheese and great texture Would most definitely recommend this place for anyone who finds themselves craving a good pizza in the hammer Now thats a review!

Good pie

This one makes it into the eights. Great crisp. Great flavour. The sesame seed crust almost lost a point but I gave it a pass because the pizza is done so well. I’d 100% recommend giving it a try.

Paper thin quality pie

Pretty decent New York cheese pizza. Pretty big size for a small. Sauce was not too bad and the cheese was good. Decent crisp and good crust. We had the cupped pepperoni pizza as well, also was pretty good but preferred the cheese pizza. 8.1, that’s a review.

This is a REALLY good pie. Reminds me of Best Pizza in Brooklyn. Simple thin crust with a tremendous crisp. You got the NY flop going on with the abundant cheese. This is better than Librettos NY cheese. The simple fact is Shortys have nailed the crisp. The sprinkling of herbs adds a nice richness. This is, in my estimation, the best pie in Hamilton.

My first time at this joint and it was epic. One if my favourites in the city.

This place came highly recommended by my friend Jonty. I got here super early on a Sunday, good chance mine was the first pie for the day. This is definitely a fold by necessity not choice pie, sauce was light but not lacking flavour, cheese was just the right amount and the pepperoni was quality. The sesame seeds took a bit to decide if I liked them, it made the crust have feels of a hot Montreal bagel. I’ve decided I liked it after I ate half a large pizza to myself. You won’t be disappointed in this pie, next time I’ll try their Sicilian I’ve heard great things.

Super good Loaded with pepperoni

Ok Spider.. one bite everyone knows the rules.. were on Cannon and Kensington N. The place looks fantastic. I can smell the awesome aroma as soon I get out the truck. One bite.. ok it's definitely bar pie. Really good taste. Not too much cheese but it went perfectly with the extra thin dough. Topped off with a hard cheese after and what looks like an Italian blend spice. Dough was krispy with a great texture. Crust was ok.. kinda plain for my taste. Was definitely crunchy. Very thin on the sauce but has a good taste. 7.8 good pizza!

The cheese pizza is a solid 7.9 but the square sicilian is their best pie.

Definitely the best pizza i’ve ever tasted. The tasty sauce and the cheese compliment each other so well. I got the new york style cheese pizza and had to go back 3x more that week because it was that delicious. Highly recommend to anyone living in the GTA , this pizza is well worth the trip.

Spicy sausage pizza. Enough flop to have fun, perfect amount of grease, crunchy crust. Hot honey adds the best finishing flavour. Highly recommend

Their round pizza is an 8.1 for me. A bit too salty sometimes but really amazing crust and cheese and sauce. Love the parm and oregano they add at the end after it’s out of the oven The square slice/Sicilian is 9.5 for me. It’s straight up heaven.

New York style pizza, nice thin dough, super flavour and great texture.

Solid solid pizza. No flop, crust has a great crunch. Cheese and sauce good quality and bursts with flavour. If I lived in the area it would be a go to spot. Highly recommend
