Solid crust with great flavor, elasticity and pull — a little too much flop.
Flavor is good, sauce isn’t too heavy, basil is generous. Only dislike is the fact it’s cut into 1/4’s, slop in the structure, and PECORINO on the pizza. My b for not reading the menu, but a Margherita doesn’t come with Pecorino.
Would go back, and modify my order appropriately.
