Sicilian Oven

I’m not a fan of the wood fired flavors in the cheese and crust. Also a bit soft, not as crispy as expected. Good undercarriage, solid sauce.

NOTE* Wellington location rated here since not in the app. Oven is 750° and is cook’n the pies spot on. Just the right amount on thinness and crispness. The pepperoni’s are the small ones and cooked with a curl on the edges (YES). And not too much char. Just the right amount!

Alright Franky, back down in Boca at another spot that Portnoy visited. Great taste, good sauce to cheese ratio. I think Dave scored a tad low, this is an 8.3 pizza Frank. Thats a review

Rally good pizza. Sauce was great, not sweet. Cheese had good flavor. I think this was deserving of the 8’s.

Really good overall. Thin, nice char on crust. Sauce has a sweet tang. Not too greasy. Won’t fall apart on you.

Pizza was good. Good charr, not too greasy, good on the flop, fresh ingredients. Would have rated higher if Falco would have brought it sooner.

Place was good. Not thrilled about the small size of the large pizza but enjoyed the dough/crust, cheese, sauce. I little “commercial” too for my liking but a solid product for S Florida.

Nothing crazy but worth a try

A quality pie from top to bottom. Fresh cheese and good sauce on top; well-cooked charred undercarriage on bottom. One Bite’s score is right on the money.

A little floppy and greasy but overall pretty solid taste. Wish they were a little bigger.
