Simonetti's Italian

Pizza was done to perfection as far as crisp and carriage goes. Had a good amount of cheese all the way up to the crust. Crust was not to think and the crunch was really good. Where I feel the pizza lacked was the flavor and lack of the sauce. We found that the cheese overwhelmed the overall flavor of the pizza and the sauce was something that we desperately felt never made it to the show.
